Yarn inspection

Yarn composition, color direction, count and bulk availability are checked before sampling and production.

Measurement control

Size specs, tolerance, grading and shrinkage are reviewed after sample finishing and during production.

Washing & finishing

Hand feel, shape stability, panel distortion and surface appearance are checked after finishing.

Appearance review

We inspect holes, stains, loose yarns, seam defects, tension issues and pattern alignment.

Label and trim check

Brand labels, hang tags, care labels, buttons and packaging details are matched to buyer requirements.

Final packing audit

Carton marks, polybags, quantity, assortment, folding and export packing are checked before shipment.
